Answer : You can book the vehicle using our booking portal or Mobile App.
Question: From where do i pick up the vehicle ?
Answer : You can pick up the vehicle on the day of your reservation from our location provided.
Question: What are the documents i need to submit to take the vehicle ?
Answer : Valid DL & Aadhar card.
Question: What are the cancellation policy ?
Question: Is fuel included in the tariff ?
Answer: Cars - We have both, with fuel & without fuel option. with fuel option includes fuel in tariff. ( If customer refills then the billed amount will be refunded ).
Bikes- Only without fuel option.
Question: What modes of payments are accepted ?
Answer : We accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards or net banking. All payments are made in advance through our website or mobile app.
Question: What if the vehicle is damaged ?
Answer: Any unintentional/accidental damage will be liable for the damage charges of Rs 10,000/- for cars & 5500/- for bikes (full-wrap insurance covers the rest).
Note: Check once clearly before starting the ride.
Question: Why I have to pay penalty on late return ?
Answer: Soon after, you select the drop time, when booking, the vehicle will be available for next customer’s booking. To cope up this damage penalty is charged on late return.
Question: How safe getsetgo's vehicle are ?
Answer: Vehicles registered under getsetgo's name are authorized under the Central Motor Vehicle Act of 1988 to be shared with other individuals for rent. Further, getsetgo's license protects you from any liability that may arise while a getsetgo customer is driving your vehicle.
